Inoculated Washed Process: In this process, the goal is to intensify the sensory profile of this variety by using native yeasts from our farm. The coffee is depulped and placed into the bioreactor together with the starter culture for 48 hours, then washed, sun-dried, and finally transferred to a dark room with a dehumidifier.
